Electronic Client Billing Services
We are pleased to announce the official launch of a brand new service from PayPros called “ECB” (“Electronic Client Billing”). In speaking with many small business owners through the years, we are often told that one of the challenges they face in their business is Accounts Receivable. In fact, many business owners now accept credit card payments from their clients- including those who are not even in a retail business where this is customary. However, as you know this does not come without a cost. In fact, many credit card processing companies can be quite expensive.
With PayPros’ new “ECB” service, we will electronically collect your fees from any clients of your choosing. To enroll, you and each participating client would sign an authorization form. In addition, we would require a copy of a check from each client’s business account. You would then provide us with the invoice amount and billing due date for each client, and the funds would be deposited into your business account within 72 business hours after collection. The pricing for this service is very reasonable and will save you money from handling this with your current staff and/or using credit card companies.
